Due to London being classified a Tier 4 area, Satis staff will continue to work from home with an extremely limited presence in the office.
As always we are confident in our ability to continue to provide the service you expect from us. We have installed a new phone system which is working well and if you should need to contact a member of Satis staff we urge you to phone or email in the first instance. We have switched a majority of written communication to email and ask that you do not send any further physical post to us without speaking to a member of the Satis team first. If you have recently posted something to our Pall Mall office please let a member of our team know and we will either be able to confirm receipt or look at an alternative way of receiving this information.
